We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations for our newly formed joint venture DP World NLC Logistics. The position is responsible to supervise and manage the execution of daily warehouse activities while ensuring strict compliance with customer requirements service quality, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs. Job Description

Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns in line with set standards. Ensure all operations are conducted in line with individual customer SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs). Support the planning and coordination of manpower, equipment, and space to ensure efficient operations across clients. Manage stock control : the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry into WMS. Ensure operations are conducted as per the standard operating procedure SOP’s Act as an operational point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their day-to-day service and compliance-related queries. Collaborate with client representatives during operational reviews and audits. Employee roster management to ensure appropriate staff deputation. Managing third party staff and labor deputed in the warehouse. Identify training needs for all operational staff and arrange trainings. Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members and identify performance opportunities. Prepare periodic reports of monthly scorecards and KPI’s for management review Maintain appropriate appearance / cleanliness in all locations (GMP compliance). Ensure proper hygiene and sanitization in warehouse. Ensure safe workplace and working environment for all operational staff. Ensure employee participate in creating safe work environment. Ensure compliance of all applicable QHSE requirements is met. Meeting all QHSE KPI’s. Shifts management and sanction leaves. Job Specification

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline 4-5 years of relevant experience Skills / Competencies

Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs, inventory processes, and compliance protocols. Demonstrate confidence and influence in leading team to achieve productivity goals. Ability to provide training and development. Provides excellent role model, peer leadership and positive influence to fellow team members. Positive team-player attitude. Possess exceptional work ethic, energy and drive. Knowledge of WMS and MS Office. Planning & Organizing
