Business Development Executive

MicroArts is one of the leading Graphic Designing firms. We are seeking an Executive with Majors in Marketing for the post of Business Development Executive who takes responsibility for ensuring growth in revenue and profitability for the business through acquisition of new clients and the increased opportunity within existing clients.

The Business Development Executive will work across MicroArts' Team and monitor / support graphic designers for business development activity. They will take responsibility for researching and following up leads, developing multi-level relationships with prospects, understanding the needs of the prospects and clients, and managing the client relationship through implementation.

You will be articulating designing concepts and information in a manner that will provide the best services to our clients.

Job Specification

To be successful in this role you need to be :

• Prior experience in working on Elance, Guru, ODesk, Freelancer, etc. is a plus.
• Having strong knowledge of services offered by MicroArts.
• Should have knowledge to calculate Business Stats.
• Persistent, patient and have an excellent understanding of how to leverage client relationships throughout the sales cycle to increase conversion rates.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can drive new ideas for implementation for the growth of the company.
• Can work with the team in a pleasant manner.
• Follow the instructions provided by the Business Development Manager and perform accordingly.
• Result oriented.
• Can encourage the team for results.
