Assistant Manager Administration

Assist Head Administration in managing administrative team incl. Operational / Maintenance personnels & Security staff.

Providing assistance to the Head for smooth operations.

Knowledge of dealing with Office Administrative matter i.e. general purchases, company Assets maintenance, Pool Cars management and daily routine tasks / security issues.

Dealing with Government departments like Police, Labor dept. etc.

Manage security issues and team closely with full responsibility.

To keep update record of Diesel, Generator running and bring Diesel for Genset.

To verify fuel Consumption report monthly basis.

Check and keep an eye on Janitorial staff. Round Factory time to time on account of cleaning and workers discipline.

To visit overall factory time to time for checking electrical appliances / equipment in regard of faults or cleaning issue and get it solved by Maintenance Staff.

To Maintain Service / repair all Company vehicles in coordination of Drivers Incharge.

To maintain Company Assets List and upkeep maintenance / repair of all.

To supervise and look after Carpentry & civil works after approving the projects.

To attend workers complaints for Transportation and solve within policy.
