Educational Background :

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Proven experience in a similar capacity. Expertise in retail branch management. Minimum two years of managerial experience.
Branch Management : Experience in successfully running a retail branch. Track record of achieving targets.
Role-Specific Experience : Hands-on experience in a managerial role.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the jewelry retail sector.
Leadership and Team Management : Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
Branch Operations and Environment : Organize and oversee all branch operations. Maintain a professional environment.
Cultivating a Positive Atmosphere : Create a welcoming environment. Foster positive relationships.
Inventory and Supplies Management : Ensure availability of supplies. Manage office inventory.
Maintenance and Repairs : Oversee timely repairs. Ensure functionality and safety.
Refreshment Management : Manage refreshment supplies. Ensure customer and staff satisfaction.
Vendor and Service Provider Management : Keep track of vendors. Facilitate efficient communication.
Staff Supervision and Development : Provide guidance and evaluations. Support training opportunities.
