We are looking for Assistant Branch Managers for our Rawalpindi Office. The applicant must be qualified and have sales experience. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) is to increase sales and meet targets, ensuring that sales agents are making sales. The ABM is also responsible for hiring sales agents. This includes searching for and interviewing potential candidates, then onboarding recruits with industry and company policy training. Additionally, the ABM must evaluate existing team members’ performances and terminate them when necessary. Experienced candidates will be given preference; however, fresh candidates with higher studies are encouraged to apply.
