Customer Success Manager / Account Manager Join Huzzle's Talent Pool as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). Overview Your role is to manage relationships with clients, onboard and train users, drive retention and upsell opportunities, provide proactive support, and deliver data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and success.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management : Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise value from products / services.

Onboarding & Training : Guide customers through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience and drive product adoption.

Retention & Upselling : Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell solutions and reduce churn through proactive engagement.

Proactive Support : Serve as the primary point of contact, address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Data-Driven Insights : Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimise engagement strategies and increase success rates.

Collaboration : Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.

Customer Advocacy : Represent customer needs internally and champion solutions that drive long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience : 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.

Industry Experience : SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.

Fluent in English : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Remote-Ready : Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Salary is variable based on experience with performance-based bonuses or commissions. Starting base ranges from 25,000 ZAR to 60,000 ZAR.
