Job description

We are looking for Young, Energetic, Talented, Sharp Individuals Males & Females who can speak Fluent English confidently for Customer Support (CCR). This is strictly a No Sales & No Target salary based job. its a fixed saleary base job. Selected candidate will make and receive calls. Responsibilities

Handling, resolving customer queries to their satisfaction level Provide word, excel and secretarial support to clients Receive, direct and relay telephone / email, fax and text messages Keeping a track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls Assist to admin manager in administrative task Comprehensive computer, Internet search and written communication skills. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Respond to public inquiries, handling support calls Maintain and develop professional relations with the existing and new customers Assist the staff as requested Job Specification

Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong data entry skills Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must have a perfect English communications skills. Outsourcing / Offshoring - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
