Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Reddit to lead multi-platform campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients. This is an office-based position for someone who understands how to communicate with diverse audiences and drive engagement across professional and consumer-focused communities. You will be managing and scheduling email campaigns, as well as leading social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and more, LinkedIn and Reddit. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement content and community strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. Manage agency and client accounts on LinkedIn and Reddit, including organic growth, community participation, and engagement. Create audience-specific content calendars, campaigns, and discussions aligned with business goals and target personas. Participate in relevant subreddits and groups to build awareness and authority for clients without violating platform rules. Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, case studies, and visual content. Monitor analytics to track engagement, traffic, and conversions; present performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay current with trends in digital communication, B2B / B2C customer behavior, and platform algorithm changes. Job Specification :

Requirements : 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Reddit for brands or marketing agencies. Proven ability to adapt messaging for both professional and consumer-facing audiences. Strong copywriting, community engagement, and visual communication skills. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Reddit analytics platforms. Passion for storytelling, brand voice, and digital culture.

• Must be based in Rawalpindi or willing to work from the office full-time.
