Audience Insights : The ability to analyze audience behavior, demographics, and interests using analytics tools and apply these insights to content decisions. Video Production Knowledge : A basic understanding of video production, including editing, storytelling, and visual presentation, can be valuable for creative input. Data Analytics : The capability to analyze channel performance metrics and use data to inform content and marketing strategies. Social Media Marketing : Skills in promoting videos and engaging with the community on social media platforms to increase reach and engagement. Community Management : The ability to engage with the channel's audience by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and maintaining a positive community. Paid Advertising : Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads) to run targeted campaigns for video promotion. Creativity : A creative mindset to come up with new and engaging content ideas, marketing campaigns, and strategies. Trend Awareness : Staying up-to-date with YouTube trends and changes in the platform's algorithms and policies. Time Management : Efficiently managing time to meet content publishing schedules and marketing initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.
