Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the technical support operations.
• Ensure SLA compliance and campaign performance.
• Monitor agent productivity and reduce shift leakages.
• Forecast, plan, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coach and counsel team members to improve performance.
• Manage team stats, reports, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Ensure proper staffing in each shift.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure compliance with policies.
