Lead and manage the technical support operations. Ensure SLA compliance and campaign performance. Monitor agent productivity and reduce shift leakages. Forecast, plan, and allocate resources effectively. Coach and counsel team members to improve performance. Manage team stats, reports, and interdepartmental coordination. Ensure proper staffing in each shift. Coordinate with clients and ensure compliance with policies.
