As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors who generate the most business in terms of orders and revenue for foodpanda.

  • Function as the main contact person for city-wide Client Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all Key Accounts.
  • Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Responsible for MoM Growth of all assigned Accounts.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns, etc.
  • Forecast and track key account Metrics (e.g., monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co-branding activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate support, and deploying processes & tools.
  • Additional tasks / projects as they arise.

Please note that this position is part of a talent pool, and while there may not be an immediate vacancy, shortlisted candidates will be considered for future openings that align with their skills and experience.

What you need to be successful

Your role in this journey requires the following :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven, ambitious, proactive, and able to lead independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to all process steps.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
