Key Account Manager will ensure the accounts of one or more than one client regarding sales, after sale, complaint handling, and generating sales. He will look into the matters as follows : Handle, manage, and make plans for product availability at the client. Look after the sales / after sales activities of that particular client. Oversee the customer service of that account. Handle after sale services of that account. Strategically develop client relationships on a long-term basis. This role is based on long-term relationships with strategic customers whose needs must be understood in depth, in order to develop a special offer with a differential advantage over the offers of competitors.
