The Company :
Our client is a UK based group which offers services for seasoned traders in financial markets in 20 countries around the globe with trade exceeding million dollars each day. The group aims to offer services uniquely tailored for the small to mid-sized electronic trader who speculates in the financial market for profit. The group includes institutional investors such as money managers, hedge fund traders, as well as High Net Worth Individuals. Based on the high positive results of market study, our client has identified Pakistan as a key strategic market for the same services and is opening an office based in Lahore. Our client's plans are to be nationwide within a year by opening offices in Islamabad and Karachi.
The Role :
The incumbent will report to the Senior Client Account Manager and Country Operational Director on the progress of business and clients. The main responsibility of the role is to introduce new clients and retain them. The candidate should have a proven record of closing large accounts. The candidate will establish strong coordination with clients by forging strong relationships, exceeding expected service levels, and managing business accounts.
The Candidate :
Previous experience in face-to-face or telephone-based sales, customer service, and target-driven environments would be a distinct advantage. The role would also suit candidates from an accounts or finance-based background. We particularly welcome applicants with previous industry experience of at least 1-2 years within a similar role. Our client is seeking candidates who are looking for a more demanding and rewarding step in their career. As the candidate will be dealing with a niche market, one of the main requirements is that the candidate should have a strong family background and social network.
Qualification :
Preferable MBA but minimum Commerce or Finance graduate.
Experience :
2-3 years of experience in the same industry will be a plus.
The Remuneration :
The successful candidate will look forward to a basic salary between Rs.30k to Rs.40k per month with high commission rates on transactions, including attractive target sales bonuses.
