Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide 24 / 7 remote support for our hybrid on-premises virtualized infrastructure and cloud-based services hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining system availability, performance, and security across both Prem and cloud environments, including support for critical Microsoft security and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Microsoft 365 Administration : Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Azure Administration : Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources. Monitor performance, manage security settings, and ensure the scalability and availability of cloud services.
• Identity and Access Management : Implement and manage Entra services to provide secure access management. Configure identity and access policies, monitor security events, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• System Maintenance : Regularly monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Software Installation and Configuration : Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on servers and workstations.
• Network Management : Manage network services, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Security Management : Implement and manage security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Backup and Recovery : Develop and manage backup strategies and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
• User Support : Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Compliance and Standards : Ensure systems comply with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support tickets and incident management : Manage incidents, service requests, and problems through their full lifecycle.
