Avanceon is looking for Management Accountant who would be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational information to support strategic decision‑making. The role ensures accurate cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to improve profitability, financial efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for annual operating plans.
- Support preparation of annual budgets, departmental cost allocations, and CAPEX / OPEX plans.
- Generate management dashboards and performance reports (P&L, balance sheet, and KPI summaries).
- Provide commentary and recommendations on financial performance, cost trends, and profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial results align with strategic goals.
- Analyze product, project, and service costs; monitor margins and cost variances.
- Support standard costing, overhead absorption, and cost‑center budgeting processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance profitability.
- Work closely with operations, projects, and sales teams to provide financial insights for key decisions.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, such as digital transformation or ERP implementations.
- Ensure management accounts comply with internal policies, IFRS standards, and audit requirements.
- Maintain strong internal controls, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in internal / external audit coordination and documentation, where needed.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Business Central / SAP).Excellent understanding of budgeting, costing, and variance analysis.High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Professional qualification (ACCA / CMA / CIMA / CA finalist) preferred.2–3 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A, or cost accounting.Experience in project‑based or technology / engineering organizations is an advantage.Performance Indicators (KPIs)
