About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, or ICMA) with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Xero and Dext. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Develop, implement, and review financial policies and procedures
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budget
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flo
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Utilize accounting software (Xero, Dext) for financial management and reporting
