Job Responsibilities

Daily Accounting booking for all the daily expenditure and expenses, work out Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow monthly to monitor key Finance KPI.

Weekly fund Management (Budgeting & Forecasting) and vendor payment management, reconciles financial discrepancies and also reconciliation with courier companies for COD.

Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly forecasting, financial report analysis to support company strategy making.

Quarterly auditing for cash and inventory, yearly auditing for total assets.

Internal control, expense and reimbursement management and all the other finance related work.

Skills : Strong data analysis skill, strong logic mind. Strong follow up and execution ability. Eagle to learn and self-driven. Good communication skill.
