Human Resource Manager

Scope of Position

The HR manager supports the Human Resource team and functions of the company. This support may include but is not limited to providing HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.

Recruitment

• Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
• Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels and higher management levels.
• Helps staff prepare Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
• Conducts or coordinates exit interviews.

Training

All tasks and responsibilities as mentioned in the Branch Trainer JD.

HR Administration

Job Specification

Requirements :

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Able to communicate well with all levels of people.

Good writing skills.

Diplomatic.

Discreet.
