We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and employee relations that drive business growth and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing the day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to the long-term strategy of the company. Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding : Develop and execute recruitment strategies. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs. Employee Relations & Engagement : Build strong relationships between management and staff to foster a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, ensuring alignment with company policies. Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement KPIs. Provide guidance to managers on handling employee performance and improvement plans. Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional HR certification is preferred. Experience :
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR management.
