Recruitment : hiring staff, producing job descriptions, placing adverts, working with recruitment consultancies, organizing interviews, running assessment centers.
Training & Development : designing and organizing employee training programs.
Compensation : ensure that salary determination and contracts of employment are in line with policy; managing and handling all compensation and payroll processes.
Performance Management : coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
Policy & Procedures : implement new HR policies, procedures and processes; ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law.
Documentation : composing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion, etc.
Employee Relations : managing absences, measuring employee satisfaction, and identifying areas that require improvement.
