Job descriptionManaging the Network of 220 nodes Network Monitoring Dealing with all approved IT suppliers Internet Links and Connections Verification Managing and monitoring Sysco switches and firewalls Managing and monitoring all running Servers configurations (ISA, Authentication, Domain Controller, Antivirus, etc.) Managing Tickers & Attendance System Managing Client end Software and Hardware configurations Installation of service packs, hot fixes, security updates, etc. Maintaining IT Stock Inventory Warranty Claims Managing seminars Managing User Complaints Assigning tasks to Assistant Manager IT Operations & Network Engineers Assign tasks to subordinates Make shift duty roster Establish TNA of subordinates Organize IT office premises Make petty cash purchase of IT material Organize training of staff as required Manage leave of subordinates Unscheduled inspection of IT equipment for misuse or improper functioning
