Overview

Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage our technology systems, ensure seamless operations, and enhance guest digital experiences. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with departments to implement technology-driven operational improvements. Oversee and maintain guest Wi-Fi and other digital guest services. Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required. Compensation
