Understanding of advanced networking technologies and solutions including IPV6, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc. Advanced knowledge of Cisco Nexus technologies such as vPC, VDC, Fabric Extension. Experience with Cisco ASA, Firewalls, solid understanding of network utility services including TFTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, SYSLOG, etc. Understanding of advanced data center networking technologies and solutions including Data Center Interconnect, DR integration, etc. Installation of Asterisk server from scratch. Configuration of inbound and outbound dialing. Monitor sip.conf, extensions.conf, and dialplan. Troubleshoot problems created in Asterisk server and resolve them. Must have dependable attendance and punctuality. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, contract negotiation, listening, written and verbal communication, and project management skills. Must be able to effectively prioritize, organize, use time-management skills, and be adept at multi-tasking. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to internal and / or external customers. Must be confident in making independent decisions, accurate, detail-oriented, able to problem-solve / analyze, and maintain extreme confidentiality. Must be able to manage data, functions, and business processes. Participate in division and organization strategic planning. Must be knowledgeable in network security standards and protocols, a variety of server operating systems, including virtualization, and various methods of hardware, software, and data encryption, PCI compliance, and others as necessary. Must be able to create typical and non-typical reports regarding network and server system performance, utilization, and compliance. Must be able to maintain disaster recovery / business continuity efforts, including testing and compliance reporting. Job Specification

Primary responsibility is to manage and supervise the diverse internal infrastructure, network, server, system, security, and outsourced vendor related aspects of the information technology department. Responsible for project management, cross-team development and participation, and long-term project execution. Determine opportunity analysis of potential technical projects. The Network Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of infrastructure-related projects to ensure ongoing alignment with organization and division goals.

As Manager, coach, guide, lead and train staff. Identify and advise on technical gaps and opportunities. Attend division and team leader meetings, administer performance evaluations, and plan staff development. Develop and continually optimize the utilization of all business systems, including network, hardware, software, etc., troubleshooting systems as needed. The Network Operations Manager may develop and recommend budget and capital reserve expenditures for equipment and systems purchases and enhancements. Prepare technical feasibilities and presentations for the Network Operations Manager and prepare status and response reports for all application development and support activities, identifying current and potential issues and assessing impact. The Network Operations Manager is responsible for proactively recommending solutions.
