Linux Server installation / configuration / support / troubleshooting Window server and client installation / configuration / support / troubleshooting Network administrations / routing / switching / VPN troubleshooting hands-on experience Deep understanding of TCP / IP, SMTP, POP, DHCP, DNS, FTP protocols Banking Application troubleshooting / support and training to end users Experience and understanding of Help Desk ticketing system Maintenance of PC hardware, software, printers, scanners, cameras, and hardware inventory Understanding / managing an UPS system for high availability of systems Job Specification
CCNA / MCSE / Linux Certification will be a plus point. Team player, can handle pressure, positive attitude. Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
