Assistant Manager / Manager Green Banking

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team as

Assistant Manager / Manager – Green Banking . This role will play a key part in managing the Bank’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and developing innovative green banking products. Key Responsibilities Implement the Bank’s Green Banking / Environmental & Social Management Policy in line with regulatory guidelines. Conduct and support ESG risk assessments in credit proposals. Plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects including renewable energy financing and energy efficiency initiatives. Prepare reports for internal and regulatory purposes, including annual green banking reports. Maintain databases on green finance disbursements, carbon footprint, and related KPIs. Organize awareness sessions, training programs, and promotional campaigns on green products. Contribute to the design and promotion of eco-friendly banking solutions (e.g., green loans, solar financing). Collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders on sustainability projects. Track and report performance indicators such as energy savings, paper reduction, and sustainable financing. Undertake field visits and project evaluations as required. Perform any other assignment given by management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably in a relevant discipline) from a reputable local or international university. 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, green banking, or product development. Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Ability to manage projects and teams independently. Deep knowledge of sustainability and green product segments.
