We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive – Distribution to join our growing team in the solar inverter industry. The candidate will support the distribution sales team by building relationships with dealers / distributors, generating leads, and helping expand market presence in assigned regions. Responsibilities
Support the distribution sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new distribution channels. Assist in handling inquiries, product quotations, and follow-ups with clients and partners. Participate in product training sessions, exhibitions, and regional marketing activities. Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and support. Maintain sales data, reports, and documentation for review and analysis. Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales or distribution (experience in solar inverters / renewables is a plus). Strong understanding of B2B distribution models and dealer / channel management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits. What We Offer
