Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive – Distribution to join our growing team in the solar inverter industry. The candidate will support the distribution sales team by building relationships with dealers / distributors, generating leads, and helping expand market presence in assigned regions.
Responsibilities
- Support the distribution sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and new distribution channels.
- Assist in handling inquiries, product quotations, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Participate in product training sessions, exhibitions, and regional marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Maintain sales data, reports, and documentation for review and analysis.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales or distribution (experience in solar inverters / renewables is a plus).Strong understanding of B2B distribution models and dealer / channel management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits.What We Offer
