Job Responsibilities

• Manage and control relationships between products / services and target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Contribute to strategic planning for annual and long-term marketing objectives.
• Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
• Manage production of marketing materials, including writing, proofreading, and liaising with designers and printers.
• Understand product and customer profiles to create detailed specifications for events.
• Maintain and update mailing databases.
• Monitor campaign spending against budgets and produce expenditure summaries.
• Analyze marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand and brand awareness.
• Assist in competitor analysis, focusing on pricing, presentation, and promotion strategies.
• Support the UK-based sales team.
