So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

• Lead Food Service operations across HELT, HoReCa, B&I, and Industrial channels.
• Strong culinary skills
• Experience in successfully leading New Production Development (NPD) launches in the Food Service industry
• Build strong relationships with distributors, chefs, and business partners.
• Identify growth opportunities in Hot Kitchen and Bulk segments.
• Coach and develop field teams including Business Development Managers, Direct Sales Reps, and Sales Chefs.
• Design impactful training programs and manage distributor onboarding.
