What Youll Do

As a Senior UX Designer, youll be the driving force behind user experience design at Fastn. You will lead UX initiatives across our platform, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and empowering for our users. From onboarding to feature discovery, your designs will directly impact product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across the Fastn platformfrom user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
• Own and evolve Fastns design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Design intuitive workflows for complex technical tasks, including onboarding, integration setup, and feature adoption
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate and iterate on design decisions
• Build and test design prototypes to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align designs with product goals
• Champion a user-centered design culture and help establish UX best practices within the company
