Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and information architecture. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and collaborating with developers to implement designs. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experiences. As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI / UX design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize features.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design.
