UI / UX Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The candidate will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology; therefore, the candidate must possess an excellent aesthetic and creative sense.

An ideal candidate should plan and implement new designs.

Test for intuitiveness and experience.

Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements.

Create prototypes for new product ideas.

Conduct ongoing user research.

Study design briefs and determine requirements.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

Work with UI engineers and developers to communicate ideas / visions.

Prepare low-detail wireframes for ideas and translate approved ideas into high-definition design drafts.

Test graphics across various media and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Maintain a clear focus on workload and projects in the pipeline as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements :

Experience as an UI-UX / Graphic Designer or similar role.

Excellent aesthetic sense.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to discuss and explain design options.

Critical thinker.

Problem solver and customer-centered.

Knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.

Job Specification :

Same as above, emphasizing planning, testing, creating prototypes, conducting research, studying briefs, conceptualizing visuals, collaborating with engineers / developers, preparing wireframes, testing graphics, and managing workload.
