Tekxperts is a leading Software company dedicated to delivering innovative and user-friendly solutions. We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital products.

The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for crafting user interfaces and experiences that are both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

User Research : Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
UI Design : Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Interaction Design : Define and design interactive elements and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
User Testing : Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of designs and contribute to product strategy.
Design Systems : Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI / UX projects and demonstrating user-centered design thinking.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
