UX Designer

Job Brief We are looking for a UX designer who has 2-4 years of experience in the same field and contributed to a couple of shipped projects.

The candidate will work on our consumer products and services that reach millions of users worldwide; develop concepts for VentureDive’s products as part of the team that builds them into compelling new features VentureDive Overview  Founded in 2012 by veteran technology entrepreneurs from MIT and Stanford, VentureDive is the fastest growing technology company in the region that develops and invests in products and solutions that simplify and improve lives of people world-wide.

Key Responsibilities This position will primarily focus on : Work within the process established by your team lead or your design team members.

Work closely with the product management and design team to research and determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs.  Lead the designs with the cooperation of your project management.

Contribute in all cross-functional meetings Define and communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, user flows, and UI designs to all stakeholders.  Develop and maintain wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

Use layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and motion based on a strong rationale Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the product as appropriate.

Delivers impactful solutions that solve customer’s problems and move business metrics Actively contribute to project’s strategy and roadmaps for design Consistently focus on driving outcomes, not just outputs.

Influence how their team defines success metrics Explore a broad range of solutions in Interconcepts and detailed designs Be proactive without waiting for direction from others Consistently leverage the knowledge of your product area and competition to make decisions Be hungry for new and deeper insights about customers to deeply understand their needs, make decisions, and increase confidence Work autonomously and quickly.

Don’t wait for permission Creating and maintaining design systems within Figma to ensure consistency across products and streamline collaboration.

Applying Figma variables (e.g., colors, typography, spacing) to enhance scalability and ensure consistent design components.

Utilize AI tools within the design workflow to enhance efficiency and generate design alternatives.

Required Skills & Experience : Candidate should be a team player with capabilities in User research, Usability testing, Information Architecture, Interaction design, Prototyping, visual design, good verbal and written communication.

Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Framer Create interactive, shareable prototypes to demonstrate and test a design solution with actual users Make the complex clear and concise in writing and speaking with strong Interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Understanding of the development frameworks and technologies.

Hands-on development skills for product ready front-end coding A balance of good visual and interaction design skills.

Candidates should not rely on others for notes or follow-up.

The candidate has the ability to prioritize projects and deliver on time.

Familiarity with AI design tools and their integration within the UX workflow.

Qualification and Experience : BS / MS degree in CS or B-Design, or a related field.
