Sales Supervisor - itel Pakistan

About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor fluent in Chinese to lead and grow our mobile phone product sales. The ideal candidate will manage a small sales team, develop and execute strategies to meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer experience in both Chinese- and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales coordination to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the mobile phone segment.
- Develop liaison between the Chinese management and the sales team to avoid any language barriers.
- Support Chinese team to visit the markets and connect with the Distributors, MD's and retailers.
- Support in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, channel plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts; negotiate contracts and terms.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics; analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support; resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely product launches and stock availability.
Requirements
3-5 years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry.Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and prepare clear sales reports.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications with HSK-4 or HSK-5 or related field preferred.What We Offer
