To support our expanding operations in the U.S. market, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Sales Specialist – US Packaging to join our results‑driven sales team.
Role Summary The Customer Sales Specialist – U.S. Packaging will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective customer engagement. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients in the U.S. market.
Assess customer needs and provide personalized packaging solutions aligned with their business requirements.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and ongoing promotions.
Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure high‑quality customer interactions through professional, courteous, and timely communication.
Document customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback accurately within the CRM system.
Address inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and support departmental objectives.
Candidate Requirements
Experience : 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills : Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to engage confidently with U.S.-based clients.
Sales Orientation : Goal‑driven, persuasive, and motivated to excel in a target‑based environment.
Problem‑Solving : Strong analytical capabilities and a professional approach to addressing client concerns.
Technical Proficiency : Working knowledge of CRM software or sales‑related tools is preferred.
Availability : Must be willing to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM PKT).
