Job Description

Converting MQLs into SQLs

• Researching on assigned MQLs. Gathering insights including prospect’s business model, company size, needs / challenges and key decision-makers.
• Generating Sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
• Assessing the needs of potential leads to determine if they are a good fit for the tkxel's services.
• Manages more complex leads compared to L1, including those that may require more in-depth understanding of the product / service.
• Analyzing the new / old pipeline data to identify the bottlenecks in order to improve the sales process.
• Tracking and updating lead status in CRM. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of each lead in the sales funnel.
