“Technical assistance for ASPIRE-AT programme in Cambodia”
and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. The
overall objective
of this assignment is to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Cambodia and to support the EIB-financed activities under ASPIRE-AT. Duration : The intended start date is December 2025 and all components and tasks are expected to be completed within 48 months from the start date. Key Expert : Expert for qualifying training
Qualifications and skills : A university degree in business administration or in a relevant discipline. Excellent drafting and communication skills. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, out of which three years in organising training with European institutions. Should have successfully completed at least one project involving the planning and implementation of large-scale (over 100 trainees) off-the-job, multi-domain international training programmes.
