What is Expert / Specialist NOC Supervision?

Working in 24 x 7 – Shifts for fault monitoring, troubleshooting / providing first level support for ongoing issues related to IT and Core domains. The role reports directly to the Manager Core Supervision and this team comprises of 5 team members.

What does Expert / Specialist NOC Supervision - Core do?

Key Responsibilities :

• Fault Monitoring and reporting for Core nodes
• Engagement and escalation to all stakeholder teams
• Planned Network activities support
• NMS Health Checks
• Service Requests Handling
• Health Checks of various platforms / tools
