About The Role

10Pearls University (10PU), the learning and innovation arm of 10Pearls, is seeking a Head of Events, Conferences & Strategic Partnerships to lead its flagship events, industry conferences, and sponsorship development initiatives. This role is central to strengthening 10PU’s reputation as a thought leader by delivering world‑class conferences and forging sustainable industry partnerships. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in conference design, sponsorship acquisition, and partnership building across the corporate, technology, and education ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Brand Positioning & Community Representation

• Position 10PU as a thought leader by representing the organization at conferences, forums, and industry events
• Lead community and outreach initiatives to amplify 10Pearls visibility and strengthen 10PU’s brand
• Drive thought‑leadership opportunities through partnerships and speaker collaborations
