Role Purpose
Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition and Management Lead and the Global Learning, Development and Culture Director, the HR Operations Specialist will provide support to the Global HR Team in different initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition and development and culture.
This role will assist the Talent Acquisition and Management Lead in various stages of the hiring process. This includes maintaining our recruitment database, conducting screenings, along with collaborating with hiring managers to create a positive customer experience for hiring managers and candidates. In addition, this role supports the Learning and Development & Culture Director with global learning and initiatives. This includes, supporting network wide priorities to maintain a positive workforce culture,along with supporting employee engagement activities, organizational onboarding, conducting surveys to gather employee feedback, and contributing to the development of policies to promote well-being and a healthy work environment.
This role requires the highest standards of attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through and quality customer service, as well as the ability to organize frequently changing and varied tasks / assignments, and to work independently and proactively.
Accountabilities
Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition
- Monitors FIF presence on Job Portals and social media channels
- Announces vacancies on internal and external websites
- Manages communication with candidates
- Supports employer branding strategies to attract suitable candidates to vacancies
- Shortlists CVs for vacant positions and organizes interviews and tests with candidates
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to organize interviews, collect evaluation forms
- Registers necessary information in applicant tracking systems
- Assists creating the databases, reports and presentations
Development and Culture
Collects employee feedback through surveys or other means to support the understanding of current state and workplace cultureContributes to the creation and enhancement of policies and initiatives that support positive cultureSupports the development of strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a supportive and equitable environment.Contributes to the enhancement of programs to boost morale, satisfaction and overall engagementSupports employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward contributionsSupports, manages timelines and audits employee onboarding process for team and employee successJob Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is not required but is preferred.Experience
2 years' experience in HR required.Proven experience working with data reporting, including Excel, Pivot Tables and creating dashboards and presentationsKnowledge and Skills
Knowledge of selection technicsPosition attitudeGood analytical skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong organization skills, able to manage simultaneously multiple projects involving various stakeholders and to deliver results within deadlines.Language Skills
Fluency in English requiredKnowledge or Russian, Spanish or French desiredTravel requirements
