Lab 8 is a premium content execution company. We help high-growth brands build a repeatable system for publishing videos, posts, and creative that actually shows up, every week.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations who can run the machine. Someone who thrives on structure, momentum, accountability, and clarity. This person will lead the internal team, manage all operations, and make sure clients get what they were promised on time, at a high standard, with zero chaos.

What You’ll Own

• Day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution
• Leading a cross-functional team of creatives, writers, editors, and project managers
• Building and improving internal systems and workflows (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
• Managing weekly and monthly production schedules
• Ensuring all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand
• Holding every team member accountable to clear outcomes
• Communicating priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team
• Making fast decisions that protect both quality and speed
• Hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale
• Reviewing performance data and solving bottlenecks
