Head of Production

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor the production team including designers, animators, developers, and other creative staff.
• Oversee project workflow from client briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Implement efficient production processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Commercial Head, and Account Managers to align on client expectations.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple ongoing projects, balancing workload and deadlines.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for production efficiency and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with international standards for file formats, print / digital outputs, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive innovation in design production, adopting new tools and technologies.
• Act as the escalation point for production issues and resolve challenges proactively.
• Prepare regular production performance reports for senior leadership.

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
