General Manager HR

Job descriptionMasters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / MPA preferred). 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations. Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, supporting change management and culture-building initiatives.
