Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the company’s visibility / reputation, must be capable of recruiting, tracking, and interviewing job candidates. Talent Management :
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. A person must be involved in retaining high-quality employees and maintain a motivated workforce by designing career paths and succession plans for employees. Learning and Development :
Empowers employees with specific skills to drive better business performance and fill the skills gap. Facilitate communication among employees and management. Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance. Performance Management :
Create accurate job profile expectations, create relevant objectives that align with the company's goals and mission, document performance, and write appraisals. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Rewards and Benefits :
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by assessing benefit trends; recommending benefit programs to management. Job Specification :
5+ years relevant experience with a reputable organization Strong interpersonal & communication skills A result-oriented individual with a proven track record and leadership skills
