Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Development Specialist to help Crafteddots expand its global footprint. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and understands the intersection of design, business, and client success. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks in coordination with the design and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to define growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify gaps and emerging opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
- Attend virtual networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in design, marketing, or creative industries).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of digital design, branding, and UX / UI trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with creative teams.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.Proficiency with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or CRM systems is a plus.What We Offer
