Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with SECP regulations and other relevant laws.
• Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact, and advise management on compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
• Ensure all statutory filings, regulatory reports, and company documentation are prepared and submitted timely.
• Provide compliance training and awareness sessions to employees.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
• Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
