Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with

SECP regulations

and other relevant laws.

Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact, and advise management on compliance requirements.

Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews.

Ensure all statutory filings, regulatory reports, and company documentation are prepared and submitted timely.

Provide compliance training and awareness sessions to employees.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Act as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory framework in Pakistan.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a digital-first environment.
