Business Development Officer ( Lead Generation )

Overview

Business Development Officer ( Lead Generation ). Act as a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for as part of a team to support the Business unit in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to be approached by the department. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative. You will be working within our sales teams who focus on reaching out to new businesses. Excellent English communication skills is a must. Responsibilities

Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools. On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the data sheets. Identify high potential prospects and transition qualified lead to sales organization for further follow up. Obtain customer contact information and other relevant information to populate the database. Analyzing different sales tools to come up with solutions. First class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively. Background in B2B telesales. Great customer service aptitude. Must be confident conversing with clients over the phone. Looking to grow their sales skills further and move their career forward. Job Specification

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). Must have expertise and skills in software houses. Experience at least 3 to 5 years in a related field. Good aptitude in the fields of IT communication so that he / she knows the product information. Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners in order to get access to the new opportunities. Developed relationships with senior decision makers (incl. CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPS) within potential client. Pitching products and / or services. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. Developing quotes and proposals. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
